Lead/Staff Data Scientist

Lead/Staff Data Scientist to design, develop, and deploy predictive models and recommender systems for targeted marketing and personalized customer experiences on large-scale cloud datasets.
Own the full model lifecycle—from ideation and data exploration to feature engineering, validation, testing, and production deployment.
Collaborate with data engineers to build modeling datasets and pipelines, deploy models in production, and establish monitoring and retraining processes.
Translate business requirements into technical specifications and present data science solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Drive cross-functional initiatives, take on leadership responsibilities, and plan roadmaps for future enhancements with minimal supervision.
Apply advanced ML and statistical techniques (propensity, uplift, next-best recommender, CLV) on large-scale cloud-based data while ensuring ethical data use and governance.
