Division Ethics and Compliance Officer

Lead the Ethics and Compliance program across ambulatory centers and revenue cycle operations to promote ethical behavior and regulatory alignment.
Provide guidance on the Code of Conduct and E&C policies, and manage investigations from the Ethics Line.
Collaborate with organizational leadership to prioritize compliance initiatives and ensure facilities implement policies consistently.
Coordinate training curriculums (Code of Conduct, Physician Relationships, Coding, Billing, HIPAA) and conduct Compliance Process Reviews (CPRs).
Support information protection efforts, patient privacy, and regulatory/licensure obligations for outpatient surgery centers.
Review internal audits and investigations, implement corrective actions, and partner with Corporate E&C; this role is incentive eligible.
