Senior Counsel

This role sits in the AMS Regional Legal Team as Counsel to act as a strategic partner supporting a broad spectrum of commercial legal matters. You will negotiate, draft, and review a wide range of commercial contracts; review marketing collateral and promotional materials for compliance with applicable laws, including antitrust and anti-kickback statutes; provide practical legal counsel, training, and risk assessment to business partners; coach junior staff; ensure adherence to contract management processes and corporate policies; and conduct legal research as needed to support fast-moving programs.
