Director, Finance Project Business Partner

As a Director, Finance Project Business Partner, you will lead the financial management function for a portfolio of client engagements.
You will drive financial health, profitability, compliance, and strategic financial advisory across the lifecycle of client contracts, acting as a finance partner to engagement teams and internal finance stakeholders.
You will lead a geographically distributed team of Finance Project Business Partners to ensure all open projects are monitored monthly and oversee DSO performance, collaborating with BU Managing Partners and BU Finance Directors to resolve escalations and maximize profitability.
You will address issues such as delays between project close and billing and overdue invoices, while partnering with the O2C GPO to implement process improvements in project accounting.
Key responsibilities include project initiation and setup, variance analysis, corrective actions, billing and collections, and adherence to data quality, master data, and revenue recognition policies.
Requirements include a bachelor's degree in accounting, 10+ years of project accounting experience, leadership of a 6-8 person team, strong communication, and proficiency with major ERP systems and Excel; hybrid work arrangement in Azerables, France.
