Staff Data Scientist - Experimentation & Measurement

Design, execute, and interpret A/B tests and quasi-experiments to quantify the impact of key initiatives.
Apply advanced causal inference methods when experiments are not feasible.
Partner with product, engineering, and marketing teams to embed experimentation into development cycles and present results to senior leadership.
Mentor and guide other data scientists, providing technical direction and thought leadership on hypotheses, metrics, and test structures.
Contribute to centralized experimentation frameworks, tools, and documentation to scale best practices.
Independently extract, transform, and analyze data using SQL, Python, and related analytics tools, and translate findings into clear business decisions.
