Staff Data Analyst, Content Analytics

Lead high-impact content analytics to inform strategic decisions from greenlight to retention. Define north-star KPIs, normalization rules, and cross-regional metrics for consistent decision-making. Build and maintain certified data assets in Databricks that standardize title/season/episode joins and metadata keys. Quantify title-driven acquisition, engagement, and retention; model content-attributed churn; and deliver portfolio diagnostics for slate and localization. Own and evolve attribution and user-journey insights to map discovery → watch → return behaviors and readouts for stakeholders. Design and evaluate experiments and presentation metrics for homepage discovery surfaces, recommendations, language selectors, and other customer-facing surfaces; mentor analysts and contribute to long-term analytics capability.
