Data Scientist

The Data Scientist designs and delivers analytics projects to address business objectives, collaborating with stakeholders to define scope and methodology.
You will lead medium-to-large analytic initiatives, applying predictive modeling, classification, clustering, and other data-mining techniques on large datasets.
Build, validate, and QA models while ensuring documentation, timelines, and budgets are met, and contribute to reusable analytic IP and best practices.
Translate analytics outputs into actionable recommendations for diverse audiences and work across multiple teams to implement impact.
Proficiency with SAS or Python, and experience with techniques such as regression, trees, ensembles, SVMs, neural networks, clustering, and PCA.
Hybrid role based in Taipei with partial remote days, requiring problem-solving, business acumen in payments or retail domains, and strong communication.
