Field Engineer, Mechanical

Serve as the onsite mechanical subject matter expert for critical data center cooling systems, including AHUs, CRAHs, chillers, and water treatment.
Lead root cause analysis, troubleshooting, and corrective actions to maximize reliability and uptime of mechanical and fire/life safety equipment.
Design and review mechanical system concepts, participate in commissioning, construction, and retrofit projects, and ensure adherence to safety and design standards.
Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans, QA/QC oversight, and standardized practices across multiple sites.
Collaborate with civil, electrical, controls, IT, and operations teams, coordinate parts inventory, vendor oversight, and cross-functional program execution.
Travel up to 25% to other data centers or factory tests as needed to support projects and field operations.
