Senior Estimator – Wet Utilities

Lead the full lifecycle of wet utilities estimates, from concept development through final bid submission.
Analyze drawings, specifications, and contract documents for scope, risk, and constructability while coordinating with engineering teams.
Develop crews, production rates, and pricing by evaluating material and subcontractor bids.
Attend pre-bid meetings, site walks, and design reviews to capture project requirements and risks.
Manage multiple bids under tight deadlines with organized bid files and pursuit tracking.
Support turnover to project management post-award and contribute to continuous improvement of estimating practices.
