Senior Data Scientist – Walsall

The Senior Data Scientist at RAC analyses historical and real-time data to identify trends and optimisation opportunities, developing and deploying machine learning models focused on operational performance. They collaborate with Data Engineering to ensure high-quality data pipelines and partner with Product Managers and Software Engineers for model integration into production systems. Responsibilities include monitoring and improving models based on business feedback and communicating insights to stakeholders. The role requires strong skills in Python, machine learning frameworks, SQL, cloud platforms, and experience with large language models. Experience with MLOps, Agile practices, and a degree in a related field are essential, as is staying updated with emerging AI and cloud technologies.
