The company is expanding its team and requires two Product Support Engineers to solve complex technical problems and deliver excellent customer experiences. Candidates should have 12 to 24 months of experience in product, application, or tech support roles, with strong SQL skills. Knowledge of data flow, management, integration, migration, and reporting is essential, while understanding JSON and API/REST endpoints is advantageous. Successful applicants will monitor systems, diagnose data issues, escalate problems, contribute to product improvements, and develop documentation. The team offers experienced support, enabling individuals to become subject matter experts and build new skills in system integration and data platforms.
