Provide direct mechanical engineering support for manufacturing and chemical operations at a plant.
Lead design and implementation of new or modified systems, including equipment specifications, installation, testing and qualification.
Identify causes of failures and recommend robust resolutions; apply innovative materials and processing techniques.
Perform engineering calculations and conduct analyses, including Finite Element Analyses using ANSYS.
Lead capital projects, coordinating across departments, developing charters, schedules, risk management plans and budgets.
Develop engineering specifications, drawings, and design documentation while ensuring compliance with safety and ASME codes.
