A manufacturing company in Wideopen is seeking a Senior Wafer Process Engineer to develop and maintain wafer fabrication processes for photonics and III-V devices. The role involves collaborating with teams focused on process development, integration, and product engineering to enhance yield and reliability. The engineer will design and refine processes for photolithography, plating, and sputtering, utilise SPC charts for process control, and support the ramp to volume manufacturing in a 24/7 fabrication environment. Strong technical skills in process engineering, especially in photonics or semiconductor fabrication, are essential. Candidates should be familiar with process control methods and have experience working in high-volume manufacturing environments.
