Own tasks in the perception ML stack, scaling tasks and improving performance with scalable methods and recipes.
Analyze real-world ML behavior, identify issues and root causes, and propose or implement short- and long-term fixes.
Monitor production ML systems, build automatic detection for issues or regressions, and develop AI-assisted analysis and debugging tooling.
Develop and maintain metrics for perception-relevant issues, including safety-critical and long-tail cases.
Collaborate with downstream teams and cross-functional partners to optimize models for onboard and offboard hardware.
Drive continuous learning from large-scale real-world data, model training at scale, and robust evaluation under real-world constraints.
