Lead and manage medium to large transportation infrastructure projects, guiding civil design teams to deliver efficient, constructible solutions.
Estimate labor hours, manage budgets, and review cost reports to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
Develop and maintain client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and alignment with project objectives.
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to business development and professional organization involvement.
Coordinate with municipalities and utilities, applying knowledge of local codes and environmental constraints.
Required: 10+ years in civil engineering with PE registration in Washington and/or Oregon; proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, MicroStation InRoads, HydroCAD, and WWHM2012; strong communication skills.
