Lead end-to-end supply chain including procurement, planning, inventory, and logistics to ensure uninterrupted production and on-time delivery.
Develop and execute global sourcing strategies, build supplier partnerships, negotiate terms, and secure value for money.
Manage inventory accuracy, MRP activities, and master data to optimize stock levels and reduce working capital.
Collaborate across production, sales, finance, and fulfillment to align supply chain with production targets and business goals.
Define and monitor KPIs, conduct supplier audits, and drive continuous improvement and sustainability across packaging and processes.
Mitigate risks with contingency plans, ensure compliance, and manage inbound/outbound logistics and 3PL partners.
