Join a pioneering Life Sciences role blending wet-lab experimentation with computational biology to accelerate AI-driven discovery.
Lead a scientific research program that may include both experimental work and AI-focused computational components.
Design and implement evaluation methodologies to measure AI model capabilities for biological research and applications.
Develop and execute strategies to systematically improve model performance on scientific tasks and address long-horizon reasoning challenges.
Translate biological domain knowledge into machine learning objectives and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Expect to work on-site in San Francisco five days a week, with possible interim flexibility; 8+ years of experience and Python proficiency are preferred; visa sponsorship may be available.
