Design, develop, and execute manual test cases for web and mobile eCommerce/ERP applications.
Perform functional, regression, exploratory, and black-box testing to identify defects.
Validate multi-channel commerce or ERP system functionality to deliver seamless user experiences.
Document and track defects in JIRA, reproduce steps clearly, and verify fixes with the development team.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and QA to plan testing efforts and improve processes.
Apply testing methodologies like equivalence partitioning and boundary value analysis; adapt to Agile and offshore/nearshore/onshore models.
