Lead the development and design of mechanical solutions for data center equipment, ensuring manufacturability and value.
Own end-to-end projects, managing schedules, trade-offs, and cross-functional collaboration to meet cost, schedule, reliability, and safety targets.
Apply SolidWorks for design, and CFD/FEA tools for validation of thermal, structural, and regulatory requirements.
Guide tooling, manufacturing methods, and prototyping to translate concepts into producible products.
Mentor teams, anticipate resource needs, and communicate risks with contingency plans.
Requires a BSME and 8+ years of product development experience; data center thermal engineering is a plus.
