As a Litigation Intake Associate Attorney, you will sign new clients and assess case viability.
You will evaluate personal injury claims and develop initial litigation strategies.
You will negotiate settlements with insurers and coordinate communications with clients and medical providers.
You will manage dockets, oversee funds disbursement, and ensure timely case progression.
Compensation includes a $120,000 base salary plus uncapped 3% commission on all attorney fees collected and a $10,000 retention bonus.
