Manage direct and indirect labor and activities that impact line speed, cycle checks, workstation assignments, and line balancing.
Apply lean concepts to identify and eliminate waste and conduct time and motion studies.
Conduct time studies to support manufacturing efficiency and staffing decisions.
Lead or support change control processes to maintain standard work and process stability.
Provide technical services to sustain lean manufacturing practices and optimized manning levels on the assembly line.
Collaborate with IE leadership to drive continuous improvement, data-driven decisions, and cost-efficient production.
