Line 1: Lead and oversee commercial construction projects nationwide as a Traveling Superintendent, ensuring top-quality execution and client satisfaction.
Line 2: Travel extensively, manage field teams, coordinate subs, and uphold safety policies and regulatory requirements on all sites.
Line 3: Develop and maintain project schedules, monitor progress, and drive quality control from pre-construction through closeout.
Line 4: Foster strong client relationships, communicate project status clearly, and resolve issues with a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
Line 5: Required: 2+ years as a Construction Superintendent; GC experience; ability to travel and stay out of town for weeks; solid safety knowledge and compliance.
