Lead the Security Operations Center (SOC) ensuring proactive threat detection and rapid incident response for critical spacecraft systems.
Manage and mentor a team of SOC analysts and engineers, including hiring, development, and performance management to build a high-performing unit.
Oversee incident detection, triage, containment, eradication, and post-incident analysis using SIEM (Elastic) and complementary security tools.
Perform threat intelligence and hunting, malware analysis, and deep-dive investigations to stay ahead of evolving cyber risks.
Drive process optimization, playbooks, automation, vulnerability management, and compliance readiness (CMMC, ISO 27001) while ensuring 24/7 coverage.
Communicate security posture to executives, coordinate with IT and compliance, and contribute to strategic planning and tool evaluations.
