Senior Estimator – Glasgow

A construction contractor based in Glasgow is seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to prepare accurate tenders and cost plans for major build projects and frameworks. The role involves engaging with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to secure value, leading estimates from inception to submission, and advising on procurement strategies and contract budgets. Candidates are expected to mentor junior estimators, contribute to bid planning, and have technical skills in cost estimation and project management tools like Conquest and On-Screen Take-Off. A strong track record with large-scale building tenders and framework experience is essential, along with excellent communication skills and commercial insight. Preferably, applicants will have SC Clearance or have held it within the last three years, supporting a team-oriented, dynamic working environment.
