As Lead Data Scientist, you will develop strategic insights and work with product, engineering, strategy, and operations to build and measure the impact of new features. You will oversee the metrics and analytics strategy, provide technical leadership, and partner with data and product engineers to build robust data foundations. You will define success metrics, implement best practices around experiment design and statistical analysis, and drive learning roadmaps based on hypotheses. You will present findings to senior leadership to influence product direction and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure scalable analytics velocity. You will mentor team members to grow ownership and maintain high-quality analytics outputs.
