Lead the Internal Audit function for the Americas, developing and embedding regional strategy and the annual plan aligned with risk and global standards.
Serve as a trusted advisor to regional and global senior leaders, translating audit findings into actionable business improvements.
Direct and develop a regional team of 2-4 direct reports and 11 total staff, fostering talent and succession.
Oversee audits across manufacturing, services, and various routes-to-market, including IT and process audits and investigations as needed.
Manage investigations in the region and ensure timely remediation of observations, delivering high-value advisory services.
Collaborate with Global IA leadership to share best practices, drive efficiency, and uphold core values.
