Lead a team of engineers responsible for building and maintaining the infrastructure powering the offline and online components of a comprehensive payment risk platform.
Partner closely with ML and data science teams to integrate AI/ML models that generate transaction risk scores.
Design and build APIs and dashboard experiences used by thousands of customers, ensuring scalable, reliable access to risk insights.
Drive technical planning, roadmaps, and strategy in collaboration with product counterparts.
Maintain high reliability (many 9s) and performance for critical money movement flows through robust data and backend systems.
Lead with a focus on operational excellence, security, and compliance while mentoring engineers and fostering cross-functional collaboration.
