Mission: Design, train, ship, and iterate on AI systems that power therapy conversations, blending research, data science, and engineering.
Develop models, orchestration, and evaluation pipelines to make interactions more effective, clinically grounded, and safe.
Outcomes include measurable improvements in conversation quality, therapeutic alliance, and user outcomes via fine-tuning, data curation, RL environments, and innovative architectures.
Own the production codebase from notebook to production: training jobs, packaging, deployment, monitoring, and rollback, while balancing latency, reliability, and cost.
Advance Safety, Alignment, and Clinical Guardrails by encoding guidelines into prompts, reward functions, tools, and filters, plus red-teaming to mitigate risks.
Collaborate with clinicians, product, and engineering to translate requirements into concrete model and system changes that integrate seamlessly into the product.
