Principal EIA Consultant

A Principal EIA Consultant within WSPs Environmental Assessment and Management team leads environmental teams and contributes to project designs and assessments across multiple sectors. The role involves managing energy T&D infrastructure projects, including bidding, project delivery, and financial management, while supporting business development and innovative environmental techniques. The candidate will provide environmental advice, manage diverse inputs like planning applications and stakeholder engagement, and oversee project performance in quality, technical, and safety standards. Building strong relationships with clients and mentoring junior colleagues are essential parts of the role to promote sustainable design. The position demands relevant environmental qualifications, extensive EIA experience, knowledge of legislation, and excellent communication skills, preferably within large-scale infrastructure projects.
