A hands-on, delivery-focused role coordinating subcontractors, agencies, suppliers, and fleet to meet operational demand.
Collaborate with Regional Operations Managers (ROMs), National Planning, Finance, and SHEQ to ensure smooth information flow, compliance, and service continuity.
Manage resource allocation, vehicle availability, and supplier performance to support day-to-day operations.
Follow structured processes, resolve issues quickly, and maintain high levels of compliance and records accuracy.
This role requires flexible hours, including nights and weekends when required, and strong IT proficiency (MS Office; CAFM/Job Watch desirable).
The aim is to deliver responsive, high-quality services safely and professionally, consistently exceeding customer expectations.
