Oversees and optimizes maintenance operations by planning staffing, scheduling, and workload distribution to achieve facility goals.
Maintains and repairs warehouse equipment, including material handling equipment, electrical systems, pneumatics, and general building infrastructure.
Ensures compliance with OSHA, NFPA, DOT, and other safety standards, proactively managing hazard communication and lockout/tagout programs.
Leads and develops associates and leaders, providing direction, feedback, coaching, and growth opportunities.
Drives the area’s business plan by monitoring expenses, asset utilization, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaborates with stakeholders to align plans with customer needs and company objectives while fostering belonging and learning.
