Develop deep understanding of portfolio products and ICPs to source high-value executive and customer introductions.
Operate a high-velocity matchmaking engine with clear monthly and quarterly targets for introductions, meetings, and active opportunities.
Expand an executive network to create customer introductions and advisory services, strengthening the portfolio ecosystem.
Design and run executive engagement programs (panel events, dinners, virtual briefings) with attendance, NPS, and follow-on conversations as metrics.
Implement systems-level portfolio operations, and write a playbook through experiments on engaging unicorns and G2000 companies.
