Lead end-to-end data science initiatives for global e-commerce products, including merchant and creator offerings, delivering analytics that drive growth.
Measure product performance across countries and regions, and provide actionable optimization recommendations.
Design and maintain robust event tracking systems for all modules, verify accuracy post-release, and update specifications in new versions.
Describe business health through reports, explain fluctuations, and propose data-driven responses in a timely manner.
Develop independent monitoring systems to detect changes in the business and design rigorous A/B tests to inform optimal product designs.
Collaborate with PM/Ops/R&D and data teams to implement optimization plans, build scalable data systems and user-friendly data products.
