Create detailed wedding timelines and manage day-of operations to ensure seamless ceremonies and receptions.

Oversee ceremony and reception setup, decor placement, seating, signage, and overall venue logistics.
Directly coordinate vendors, greet teams on-site, and manage on-site communications and setups from morning through teardown.
Requirements: 2+ years of wedding or event planning experience, strong communication and detail orientation, reliable transportation, ability to lift up to 30 lbs, and weekend availability.
