Lead a transport team of up to 16, providing leadership, guidance and escalation support.
Oversee export and inbound shipping processes, including booking equipment, documentation, and customs clearance.
Ensure SOX compliance, trade regulations, and other regulatory requirements are met.
Attend stakeholder meetings and facilitate clear communication between senior management, internal teams, and external partners.
Prepare and analyse KPI reports, documents, and dashboards to inform strategic decision-making.
Coordinate time-sensitive schedules, drive continuous improvement projects, and safeguard confidential records.
