Contribute to a high-scale Core Feed Recommendation pipeline by designing and deploying ML models that boost new user acquisition efficiency and retention signals.
Optimize algorithms across retrieval, ranking, and re-ranking stages to serve globally relevant content at scale.
Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to translate insights into robust, scalable software.
Design, execute, and analyze rigorous A/B tests, iterating models based on results to maximize impact.
Develop and maintain end-to-end ML systems with a focus on efficiency, reliability, and operational stability with infra teams.
Qualifications include hands-on experience with recommender systems and ML, strong Python/C++, and deep familiarity with frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or MXNet; excellent communication and teamwork.
