Lead data science efforts across retail domains by building advanced statistical models, machine learning algorithms and computational methods to drive business insights.
Direct data gathering, validate data quality, and synthesize datasets to support large analytics initiatives and project goals.
Lead a team of Data Scientists to deliver ML and Generative AI solutions in Store operations with end-to-end project ownership.
Apply big data analytics to identify trends, patterns, and discrepancies, determining additional data needs and scaling solutions for production.
Build, train, and deploy AI/ML models for future use; implement MLOps, monitoring, governance and robust deployment practices.
Communicate actionable recommendations to business partners and influence strategic decisions, collaborating across regions while upholding ethics and integrity.
