Lead a high-impact data science organization focused on translating business objectives into scalable AI/ML solutions within finance, controllership, and FP&A.
Build and mentor a team of data scientists, drive talent development, and foster a data-driven culture across cross-functional partners.
Architect, deploy, and monitor large-scale AI/ML products from prototype to production, ensuring performance, reliability, and self-service capabilities.
Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, product managers, and business operators to identify, prioritize, and realize value-driven use cases.
Define and influence the data strategy and technical roadmap, applying best practices in data science, experimentation, and MLOps.
Represent the data science function internally and externally, promoting ethics, integrity, and a customer-centric focus.
