Onsite MSSP / MSP Engineer + AI App Developer

The role involves delivering managed security and IT services for SMB clients across the SE Massachusetts region, including threat hunting, incident response, and Microsoft 365 management. Candidates will utilise AI tools to interpret logs, automate workflows, and develop customer-facing AI applications using Claude Code, Codex, or Cursor. Onsite responsibilities include hardware, network, and security task execution at customer sites, with approximately 10 hours per week. Proficiency in MSSP and MSP technologies such as SIEM, EDR, Entra ID, and PowerShell is essential, alongside the ability to build automation scripts and AI tools. Effective communication with non-technical stakeholders and documenting work processes is expected. Demonstrating practical experience with agentic coding environments and integrating AI APIs will distinguish applicants.
