Source potential content creators through social platforms and professional networks, and manage a living talent database.
Negotiate and prepare talent representation proposals, agreements, and compensation structures.
Present the unique value proposition to agencies and creators via meetings, presentations, and marketing materials.
Prospect, generate, and manage new strategic business opportunities; maintain a personal lead-generation pipeline.
Collaborate with Marketing and Talent teams to identify gaps in talent inventory and route inbound opportunities.
