Lead a team to build a unified user behavioural platform using DL and LLMs to model real-world marketplace behaviour.
Design and deploy state-of-the-art recommendation engines to personalise driver and partner experiences.
Enable comprehensive What-If scenario analysis to drive data-informed product decisions on pricing, incentives, and demand.
Define the technical roadmap and guidelines for integrating the behavioural platform into Fulfilment Tech product lifecycles.
Develop and productionise both statistical models (Mixed Logit) and advanced generative models (RL, Transformer, LLM-driven agents).
Collaborate with product managers and engineers to build simulation workflows, optimize performance, and scale ML pipelines onsite in Singapore.
