Develop cost plans and estimates from concept through detailed design for mechanical and process piping projects.
Deliver benchmarking data and measurement using CSI MasterFormat, supporting cost data across life science facilities.
Provide cash flow forecasts and life-cycle costing models, and contribute to program-level cost management.
Review design changes and new technologies; perform value engineering and option analysis to support design optioneering.
Collaborate with stakeholders; prepare estimates for change orders and review EPCM submissions.
Analyze labor markets and cost drivers; ensure data integrity and comply with SOX controls while supporting client presentations.
