A Performance Analyst is responsible for analysing data to assess system performance and user behaviour, creating dashboards to display key metrics, and identifying trends and anomalies. They engage with stakeholders by translating technical data into understandable insights and participating in service reviews. The role involves monitoring performance benchmarks, supporting incident investigations, and aiding in capacity planning. They work closely with DevOps and engineering teams to implement continuous service improvements and evaluate new analytical approaches. Suitable candidates should have experience with Splunk, Power BI, AWS Athena, and SQL, and be familiar with digital analytics tools. Experience in agile or DevOps environments and handling sensitive data, particularly within regulated sectors like healthcare, is desirable.
