仕事内容
Provide legal support for equities, fixed income and commodities across EMEA, US and LatAm in structuring and documenting securitised derivatives transactions.
Draft and review legal documentation for structured notes, certificates and warrants linked to equities, fixed income, credit and commodities, including pre-trade term sheets.
Advise securitised products on day-to-day issues and manage the end-to-end execution process for legal and listing documentation.
Review internal policies for regulatory compliance affecting structured products and advise on distribution, confidentiality, and related arrangements.
Assist and advise the structured notes business on daily operations, ensuring high-quality drafting and timely delivery under tight deadlines.
Bring strong knowledge of EU/EMEA/MiFID II, Prospectus Regulation, PRIIPs and U.S. securities laws to support cross-border transactions and risk management.
