Lead the design and implementation of cutting-edge ML solutions for advertising, including generative AI and large language models.
Develop ML systems spanning ranking, personalization, NLP, computer vision, and recommender systems, at massive scale.
Own end-to-end projects from concept to production, working with data at petabyte scale and cross-functional teams.
Design and run A/B experiments, measure business impact, and optimize models for both customer experience and advertiser goals.
Build scalable processes for model development, validation, deployment, and monetization of traffic.
Contribute to strategy, mentor teammates, and collaborate with engineers and product managers to push the boundaries of AI in advertising.
