仕事内容
Primary responsibility is to provide timely, accurate, and efficient service to customers while supporting account growth initiatives.
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts, ensuring clear, timely, and solution-oriented communication.
Manage and execute customer orders from entry through completion and track shipments.
Monitor containers in CMS using rail and port tracing; proactively communicate shipment status and issues.
Identify opportunities to secure additional loads and expand freight volume within assigned accounts.
Cross-train with teammates and provide backup support to ensure seamless service delivery.
