Coordinate and deliver direct patient care across units during night shifts, ensuring safe, patient-centered outcomes.
Educate patients and families, facilitate transitions of care, and collaborate with the care team to optimize results.
Lead and mentor colleagues as a preceptor or informal leader while participating in quality improvement initiatives.
Delegate tasks based on skills, acuity, and resource availability while maintaining fiscal accountability.
Maintain current RN licensure and required BLS/ACLS certifications; BSN preferred with relevant PCU/ICU experience.
Demonstrate strong communication, critical thinking, adaptability to unpredictable situations, and flexibility with scheduling.
