Own and manage supplier and subcontractor performance, driving continuous improvement.
Lead commercial negotiations on pricing, terms and volume to achieve cost savings.
Identify, deliver and evidence commercial savings and margin improvements.
Rationalise the supplier base to improve efficiency and value; develop procurement processes and buying controls.
Collaborate with operations and engineering to support effective service delivery and robust reporting on spend, supplier performance and risk.
Ensure supplier compliance, governance standards, and ongoing supplier risk management through meetings and reviews.
