仕事内容
The Junior Accountant will support the finance team with accounts receivable, bank deposits, reconciliations, and collections.
Responsibilities include processing electronic deposits, reconciling QuickBooks records, and analyzing AR aging reports.
Proactive customer communications to ensure collections are within 30 days and provide clear written reports per customer.
Perform monthly bank reconciliations for multiple entities and record ACH deposits accurately.
Assist with month-end close, maintain GAAP-compliant records, and support ad hoc finance tasks as needed.
This role reports to the Financial Controller and requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and effective communication.
