Senior Staff Machine Learning Engineer, Ads Targeting and Retrieval

Own end-to-end design and execution of ML-based targeting products for ads, including auto targeting and user lookalikes.
Define the technical roadmap, drive research directions, and lead day-to-day project execution across retrieval and ranking domains.
Research, implement, test, and launch new retrieval architectures with deep learning (GNNs, transformers, two-tower models, LLMs) to improve advertiser outcomes.
Provide mentorship to junior MLEs and spearhead offline and online experimentation for targeting models.
Work on large-scale data systems and product integration, collaborating closely with cross-functional partners in research, product, and infrastructure.
Translate data analysis and industry insights into prioritized roadmaps, ensuring scalable and robust ML solutions.
